Bahannya:

300gm minyak sapi tulen
150gm susu tepung (Ummi guna Dutch Lady Madu)
100gm gula icing
450gm tepung gandum diayak
1/2 sudu teh garam halus
Hirisan ceri merah untuk hiasan

Caranya:

  1. Pukul minyak sapi, gula, susu tepung & garam hingga sebati.
  2. Masukkan tepung gandum, uli hingga sebati.
  3. Ambil sikit adunan bulatkan sebesar ibu jari, tekan sedikit bahagian tengah dengan hujung jari manis. Letakkan ceri merah ditengahnya.
  4. Bakar selama 10 minit dengan suhu 150°C.
