Bahan A:

250gm buttercup
100gm gula icing
2 biji telur kuning
1 sudu teh emalco pandan
1/2 sudu the pewarna hijau
1/3 sudu the garam halus

Bahan B:

200gm tepung gandum*
230gm tepung ubi*
50gm bijan*
* disanggai @ goreng tanpa minyak

Caranya:

  1. Pukul bahan A hingga sebati.
  2. Masukkan bijan, kacau hingga sebati.
  3. Masukkan tepung gandum & tepung ubi, uli hingga sebati.
  4. Canai & terap adunan dengan acuan berbentuk daun. Guna pencungkil gigi buluh untuk buat urat daun (menekan ke atas adunan biskut pada bahagian hujung yang tajam).
  5. Bakar pada suhu 160C selama 17 minit.
  6. Angkat, sejukkan atas redai sebelum disimpan dalam bekas kedap udara.
