Bahan-Bahan:

250 g marjerin
100 g gula perang
70 g gula kastor
350 g tepung halus
50 g tepung jagung
½ camca besar soda penaik
1 ½ camca teh garam
2 camca teh esen vanila
80 g emping badam

Untuk hiasan:

200 g coklat masakan, dicairkan
200 g coklat putih, dicairkan

Cara:

Putar marjerin bersama gula perang dan gula kastor hingga ia kembang. Kaup balikkan tepung halus bersama tepung jagung, soda penaik, garam dan esen vanila hingga ia sebati. Kaup balikkan empingan badam hingga ia sebati. Ratakan sedikit adunan di dalam acuan kecil pilihan. Buat hingga habis adunan. Bakar ia pada suhu 180'C, 20 minit. Biar ia sejuk. Sapukan permukaan biskut dengan coklat masakan, biar ia keras. Lakarkan permukaan coklat masakan tadi dengan coklat putih. Buat hingga ia habis, biar ia keras. Simpan di dalam bekas kedap udara.
