Bahan-bahan ( 18x18cm )

  • 2 biji telur
  • 1/2 cawan minyak sayuran
  • 1 sudu kecil vanilla
  • 3 sudu besar jus oren + 1 sudu parutan oren
  • 1 cawan gula halus
  • 1 sudu besar cuka
  • 1/2 cawan air sejuk
  • 1 cawan tepung gandum
  • 2 sudu kecil baking powder
  • 1 sudu kecil baking soda
  • 1/2 cawan kelapa kering
  • 1 sudu besar serbuk koko

Cara-cara

  1. Campurkan semua bahan basah (telur, minyak, vanilla, air sejuk, jus & parutan oren) dalam mixer. Masukkan gula halus dan adun hingga sebati.
  2. Dalam bekas lain, masukkan semua bahan kering (tepung, baking powder, baking soda, kelapa kering) dan gaul sebati. Campurkan adunan kering and adunan basah dan gaulkan sebati.
  3. Ketepikan satu cawan dari adunan tadi dan masukkan serbuk koko. Masukkan selebihnya ke dalam loyang yg dah digris. Pastu, tuangkan adunan koko tadi dan buat marble guna pisau. (Saya tak pandai buat marble.. so tak cantik la..)
  4. Bakar pada suhu 180C selama 30 minit atau hingga kek masak (boleh check dengan lidi, kalau lidi bersih bila ditarik keluar).
  5. Nota: Kalau tak suka kelapa, tak yah masukkan kelapa, cuma tambah 1/2 cawan tepung.
