Bahan-bahan ( 4-6 )

  • @2 kg beras biasa (8 pot saiz gelas)
  • @8 gelas air (ikut gelas sukatan beras)
  • @250gm minyak sapi
  • @100gm tomato puree
  • @1 sb planta
  • @2 kuntum bunga lawang
  • @1 btg kulit kayu manis,cengkih dan pelaga
  • @10 biji bawang merah@kecil - dipotong mayang
  • @5 ulas bawang putih - dipotong mayang
  • @sedikit halia - dipotong kecil
  • @sehelai daun pandan
  • @sedikit daun pudina
  • @sedikit garam
  • @Bahan Hiasan:Kacang peas,kismis & bawang goreng

Cara-cara

  1. Beras direndam didlm air selama lebih kurang sejam.Kemudian ditoskan.
  2. Minyak sapi,planta dan minyak di tumis sehingga naik bau.
  3. Masukkan cengkih,kayu manis,pelaga dan bunga lawang.
  4. Kemudian masukkan bahan-bahan yg dimayang iaitu bawang merah,bawang putih dan halia.
  5. Setelah itu,masukkan tomato puree dan sedikit garam.
  6. Barulah dimasukkan air dan biar sampai menggelegak.
  7. Setelah air menggelegak bolehlah dimasukan beras.Tanak nasi dgn api yg sederhana.
  8. Bila dah kering bubuhlah daun pudina,kcg peas dan kismis.Setelah diangkat n dihidangkan taburlah bwg goreng diatasnya.Siap untuk dimakan bersama ayam masak merah dan acar.
