Bahan-bahan ( Seorang )

  • 1 biji tomato size sederhana (potong dadu)
  • Setengah labu bwg besar (potong dadu)

  • Garam and black pepper

Cara-cara

  1. Masukkan minyak zaiton utk mnumis.
  2. Tumis bawang besar smp naik bau.
  3. Masukkan tomato. Msk smp kulit tomato dh agak merekah or isinya dh layu. Masukkan garam ngn pepper.
  4. Pecahkn 2 biji telur. Jgn kcu, biar seketika. Klu nk senang, Kira smp 30, br kacau. API sederhana ye. Ingt! Makanan ni xleh kcu byk sgt! Sikit2 je sbb xmo telur tu hancur sgt.
  5. Tabur chopped parsley. Siap! Mkn ngn roti sgt sedap! Dh la mudah nk msk plak tu. Lmbt rs lapar plak tu. Klu nk msk byk, gandakan bhn2 tu.
  6. Ni antara cadangan lain nk msk skali ngn dish ni. Leh campur ngn isi ayam or tuna or daging hancur. Masukkan sblm msk tomato. Klu kt sana, tomato tu masuk sebijik trus pastu lenyek2 dlm kuali bila dh agak lembut. Tabur mozzarella cheese pun boleh. Slmt mencuba!
