Bahan-bahan ( 2 kg )

  • 500g tpg pulut
  • 1/2 cwn tpg beras
  • 1/2 cwn gula pasir
  • 800g santan pekat
  • 800g gula merah
  • 3 cwn air
  • 1/2 cwn minyak masak
  • sehelai daun pandan

Cara-cara

  1. masak gula merah, gula pasir dengan air dan daun pandan dan tapis
  2. ayak tpg pulut dan tpg beras
  3. dalam kuali masukkan tpg dan tuang air gula sedikit2 dan kacau sampai tidak berketul kemudian masukkan santan pekat.
  4. masak dengan api perlahan sambil di kacau spy tdk berkerak selama 1 jam lebih. tp saya kacau 1/2 jam jer dah tak larat....
  5. bila dah agak pekat, tambah minyak (optional). terus kan kacau sampai betul-betul masak. kalau tak, tak thn lama. tp saya tak bape suka liat sangat so kacau tak sampai 1 jam.
  6. bila dah sejuk, bungkusla dalam plastk kecik2 spy senang nak mkn. simpan dlm peti sejuk spy tahan lebih lama.
  7. cara nak bungkus saya pakai srg tgn plastik untuk jemput2kan dodol, dan bungkus cam lpt pisang....
