roti dengan inti peanut dan kismis

Bahan-bahan ( 14 biji )

  • 120ml susu segar
  • 1 biji telur(50g)
  • 300g tepung roti
  • 3 sudu besar gula
  • 2/3 sudu kecil garam
  • 60g butter
  • 1 sudu kecil dry yeast
  • inti
  • -kismis secukupnya
  • -peanut butter secukupnya

Cara-cara

  1. Masukkan semua bahan-bahan ikut susunan dari atas ke bawah, kec. utk inti ke dalam breadmaker. Pilih menu untuk buat doh dan ON kan.
  2. Keluarkan doh dr breadmaker. Tumbuk-tumbuk untuk keluarkan angin. Kemudian bahagikan kepada 14 biji. Kemudian rehatkan selama 10-15 minit.
  3. Ambik sebiji doh. Canaikan memanjang. Kemudian sapukan dengan peanut butter dan taburkan kismis. Lepas tu gulung rapat-rapat.
  4. Bahagian sambungan tu biar letak di bahagian bawah. Kemudian gunting bahagian atas. Awas jangan sampai terputus. Ulang sampai habis.
  5. Kemudian rehatkan roti selama 30-40 minit.
  6. Sapukan permukaan roti dengan susu segar. Bakar selama 10-15 minit dengan suhu 180C.
