  • 1 tin sardin yg kecil
  • 2 ulas bawang putih
  • 1 biji bawang merah
  • 7 sb cili boh
  • 1 sb kicap manis
  • 5 sb tepung kfc
  • 1 cwn kecil air asam jawa
  • sedikit gula, garam, pak aji
  • 2 biji telur

Cara-cara

  1. Buang kuah sardin.basuh sardin dan golekkan kedlm tepung kfc dan goreng.angkat dan ke tepikan.jgn goreng lama sgt nti rasa x sedap.
  2. Bawang merah & putih ditumbuk dan ditumis.masukkan cili boh dan tumis lagi hingga naik bau.
  3. Masukkan kicap manis, air asam jawa, gula, garam, pak aji.kacau dan masukkan sardin.
  4. Pukul telur dan goreng mcm nk buat nasi goreng pataya.bila telur dh agak msak masukkan pula sambal sardin, lipat dan terlangkupkan ke dlm pinggan.
  5. Sedia utk dimkn..kalau x habis blh dimkn dgn roti..
