Bahan
  • 2 potong ikan tenggiri ]digoreng garam kunyit
  • 1/2 biji bwg besar ]dimayam
  • 2 ulas bwg putih ]diketuk
  • 2 cm halia ]dipotong nipis
  • 3 s/b sos tomato
  • 1 s/b sos tiram
  • 1 s/t pati ayam
  • minyak 
  • sedikit air
  • 1 btg timun ]dipotong kecil
Caranya
  1. Goreng ikan hingga garing,ketepikan.
  2. Guna minyak sama,cuma keluarkan sedikit, tumis bawang besar,bwg putih dan halia hingga naik bau.
  3. Masuk sos tomato dan sos tiram...goreng rata dan masuk sedikit air dan pati ayam.
  4. Kemudian masukkan timun. goreng rata dan biar timun lembut dan masuk ikan.
  5. Goreng seketika.Siap.
