Bahannya
  • *1/2 kg daging [bersih + potong ikut suka]
  • *3 s/b kicap manis
  • *2 s/b sos tiram
  • *1 s/b serbuk bwg putih
  • *1 s/b serbuk lada merah
  • *1 s/b sos tomato
  • 4 ulas bwg putih [dicincang halus]
  • 1/2 labu bwg kuning [dimayang]
  • 2 biji cili kecil
  • 1 inci halia [dipotong or diketuk]
  • sedikit air asam jawa
  • minyak n garam secukupnya
Caranya
  1. Gaul bahan bertanda* dan perap lebih kurang 1/2 jam.
  2. Tumis bwg, halia dan cili sehingga naik bau. Masuk bahan bertanda* dan goreng seketika.
  3. Masukkan air asam jawa dan sedikit air, gaul rata dan tutup kuali.
  4. Masak sehingga daging betul2 lembut. Bila daging dah lembut, buka penutup kuali perasa garam dan goreng hingga agak kering. Siap.
