Bahan-bahan ( utk 6 orang )

  • 1 paket pasta reben (apo namo tah) - rebus dan tereskan.
  • 100g tomato puree.
  • 1 biji bawang besar - dadu.
  • 2 ulas bawang putih - cincang.
  • 3 biji cili padi - cincang.
  • 1 senduk kecil cili kisar.
  • 1 sudu besar sos tiram.
  • 100g udang - buang kepala.
  • 1 batang lobak merah - sagat kasar (malas nak hiris sebenarnya).
  • 1 batang celery - dadu.
  • 3 batang kek ikan - hiris.
  • 4 biji jagung bayi - hiris (hahahaha... baby corn ler...).
  • 4 sudu besar EVOO (extra virgin olive oil).
  • garam secukup rasa.
  • air panas jika perlu.

Cara-cara

  1. Panaskan EVOO dalam kuali. Tumiskan bawang besar, bawang putih dan cili padi hingga kuning keemasan, masukkan cili kisar. Masak hingga air kering. Masukkan tomato puri dan sos tiram, kacau sebati biarkan sebentar.
  2. Masukkan udang, kek ikan dan sayur mayur apabila terbit minyak. Perasakan garam. Tambah air jika perlu.
  3. Masukkan pasta reben dan sebatikan bumbunya. Goreng selama 5 minit.
  4. Siap untuk dihidang.
